Justin Doyle

Justin is a Registered Social Worker. Justin obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier, and his Bachelor of Social Work and Honours Bachelor of Arts degrees in both History and Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo. Justin additionally has an advanced diploma in Child and Youth Work from Mohawk College. Justin has extensive experience in the school system, group homes, telemedicine and treatment-based institutions with dual-diagnosed youth aged 10 to 19.

Justin focuses his practice on children 8+, teens, and young adults. He has a specialization of working with individuals with disabilities. Justin uses evidence-based practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Strength-based and person-centred approach. Justin believes the client is the driver in the therapy, and as a therapist, he is the GPS that provides guidance to the destination. As an advocate for improving disability rights and policies through research and personal experience, he is keenly aware of the barriers a person with a disability has to overcome to achieve their goals.
